Sandy Simpson has spent most of her career working in county, state and federal government while still finding time volunteering in community activities and organizations throughout Kentucky. She is proud to have served on the board of the Monroe County Family Wellness Center from its conception thru its completion and operation. She is extremely proud to have been a part of the renaming of the Wellness Center after its biggest supporters George Eagle and Isabel Bushong. For the past 21 years Sandy has traveled extensively throughout the state as the field representative for United States Congressman Ed Whitfield KY01. She is a long time board member at the Center For Rural Development, as well as a member of the executive committee of the State Republican Party of Kentucky. She also served four years on the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. She is a member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church. Sandy attended Western Kentucky University and Bowling Green Business College. She and her Husband, Benny are both natives of Tompkinsville, Kentucky. They have two daughters and son-in-laws, and have been blessed with three grandsons.

JP Nixon is a Monroe County Native. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1997 with a pharmacy degree and currently manages the Tompkinsville Drug Co. JP had a special bond with George Eagle Bushong thru their shared love of the game of golf.

Jill Nixon is a Monroe County, KY native.  She received her bachelor of science degree in accounting from Western KY University and attained her CPA license in 2000.  She has been in public accounting since 1997 and is chief financial officer for the foundation.  Her husband, JP, her son, Spencer, and herself are all members of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Bowling Green, KY.

Dawnn Rentrop will be serving on the foundation. Dawnn obtained a BS in Psychology with a minor in conflict resolution from North Central College, Naperville, IL and a Teaching degree from William Carrey, Biloxi, MS. She has spent the better part of her adult life working with children and is very actively involved at her church, Mosaic located in Ocean Springs MS. Dawnn resides in Ocean Springs, MS with her husband James and their four children.

She has always had a philanthropic spirit and is very excited about all of the upcoming projects and events the foundation will be supporting.
